Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently not ship to anywhere outside the UK

When will my order be delivered?

Order from May to September please allow up to 21 Days for your plants to be dispatched. Orders after September will be dispatched the following May. We aim to deliver your plants in the same condition as they left our Nursery. We wrap our plants in a plastic bag to stop soil from coming out of the pot. We then lovingly pack them into a cardboard box with a cane to reduce the plants moving during delivery.

Can I order plants at any time?

Yes. You can order plants at any time but if they are ordered during October-March then they would be sent out until April

Is your plant nursery open to the public?

No, our site isn’t open to the public but you can visit us at the flower shows we attend throughout the year. you can see what shows we attend here.

My offer code doesn’t seem to be working, why?

My offer code doesn’t seem to be working, why? Returning discount code only work for 12 weeks before they become invalid

How will my order be delivered and when will I receive it?

Our orders are sent out by DPD 24hr Service. Most of our plants will be sent out in April however some plants will be sent out later in the year. Please see below the exceptions to this and when they will be delivered

Can I cancel, amend or add to an order?

It isn’t possible to amend an online order via your online account. If you would like to make any amendments please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

If you would like to cancel an order then please contact us, letting us know which items you would like to cancel and whether you would like a refund or credit for a future order.

If you would like to add to your order we can do that for you. Unfortunately, we do not store card details to add the extra items, so please call us with your order number and the product number for the items you’d like to add and we can arrange this for you.

What method of payment can I use?

We accept all major cards which Visa, Mastercard Credit, or debit cards. Starting in 2021 we can also accept payment for online orders through PayPal.

What if I am not in when you try to deliver or I am going on holiday?

If you are not going to be home at the time of delivery then please notify us as soon as possible and we can hold the order until a more convenient time

Will I get a confirmation email?

You will receive an email at the time of order then you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched along with a time slot for your delivery from DPD

What condition will the plants be sent out in?

Plants will be trimmed before they are sent out to ensure we limit the damage in transit. The plants will be shipped in a cardboard box for protection. The plants are placed in plastic bags to ensure there is minimum soil slippage, a cane will then be placed in the pot to ensure the plants have a limited amount of movement. The plant will be pruned if the plant is too large for the packaging.
