Delivery Information
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver plants and products anywhere within Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we can’t currently ship outside the United Kingdom due to high carriage costs and customs requirements.
How much is delivery?
Free delivery on orders over £40 within the UK mainland.
A standard delivery charge of £5.99 applies to orders under this amount.

Delivery can vary based on plant availability and growing conditions. Each product page also shows specific dispatch information
Will everything in my order arrive together?
Not always. To ensure plants arrive healthy and ready to grow, some items may be sent in separate shipments when they become ready. There’s no extra delivery charge for split deliverie
Which delivery service do you use?
We use DPD’s 24-hour delivery service for most orders. This means that once your plants have been dispatched, they are usually delivered to your door within 24 hours.
Will I be notified when my order is on the way?
Yes — you’ll receive an email confirming dispatch. When tracking information is available, you’ll see it in that email so you can follow your delivery.
Can I choose a specific delivery date or time slot?
Currently, we don’t offer the option to select delivery dates or time slots. Orders are processed as quickly as possible using our courier partners.
What should I do if my plants arrive damaged?
While we take great care packing every order, damage can occasionally occur in transit. Contact us immediately so we can help resolve this. Including a photo helps us assess and respond quickly.
What happens if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?
DPD may leave your parcel in a safe place or attempt to deliver again, depending on their policy and your preferences. Check your tracking notice for specific instructions from the courier
How are my plants protected during delivery?
Plants are packed in double-wall cardboard boxes, each wrapped in biodegradable bags with support canes to prevent movement and soil spillage. This keeps plants secure and healthy in transit.
