Frequently asked questions
Do you ship outside the UK?
At present, we only deliver to addresses within the UK including Northern Ireland. We don’t offer international shipping, but full UK delivery details can be found on our website.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch times vary depending on the plants in your order and their readiness. Some items may be sent separately to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. You’ll find estimated dispatch information in your order confirmation email.
Will all my plants arrive in one delivery?
Not always. As live plants grow at different rates, some items may be ready before others. If needed, your order may be split into multiple parcels at no extra delivery cost. You’ll receive email updates for each shipment.
Can I select a delivery date or courier?
We don’t currently offer timed deliveries, specific delivery dates, or the option to choose a courier. Orders are sent using trusted delivery partners and tracking details are provided once dispatched.
Will I be contacted before delivery?
Our couriers are unable to phone ahead prior to delivery. If tracking is available, you’ll receive updates directly from the courier once your parcel is on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has entered processing, it’s usually not possible to amend or cancel it. If your order can’t be stopped, it will be delivered as planned and you may return it in line with our returns policy.
What are my rights if I want to return an order?
Under UK consumer regulations, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned in suitable condition, and return postage costs are not refunded. Perishable or custom items may be excluded.
How are plants packaged for delivery?
We use secure, plant-safe packaging designed to protect your plants during transit while keeping waste to a minimum. Wherever possible, materials are recycled, recyclable, or reused, and paperwork is kept digital to reduce waste.
Should I unpack my plants straight away?
Yes. Please open your parcel as soon as it arrives and check the contents carefully. If there are any issues, contact us promptly so we can help.
Can I plant my order immediately?
Most plants are sent ready for planting. If conditions aren’t suitable (such as frozen ground), keep plants cool, moist, and outdoors in a sheltered spot until planting is possible. Avoid bringing them indoors.
